Ensure you can confirm the following before starting the intake.

You have authority to submit this intake on behalf of the academy.
All academy details (legal name, registration, address) are accurate.
Teams, age groups and number of players are clearly defined.
Named safeguarding / welfare contact person is identified.
You will obtain consent to share player information as required.
All required supporting documents are ready to upload.

Frequent questions
Who can submit an intake?

Any authorised representative of a registered academy, development programme, organised team, school programme or verified partner organisation may submit an intake.

Can we save and continue later?

Yes. Every step autosaves as a real draft, so you can leave the intake at any point and continue later from exactly where you stopped.

What player information is required?

Your player group size and age groups, and for each player added: basic identity and guardian/consent details, submitted through the Player group and Documents steps.

How are minors handled?

Players under 18 require verified guardian consent before any of their profile or player-group information is reviewed or shared.

Does submission guarantee partnership?

No. Submitting an intake begins OTSI's structured review only - it does not itself create a partnership, mandate or representation agreement.
