Once a player or authorised representative submits and confirms an availability brief, approved, non-sensitive fields become visible on the public Transfer Board and Available Players pages. Contact details and private terms are never published.
Clubs and their authorised staff can submit a requirement-led recruitment brief through the Club Requirement Desk. Submissions are reviewed before any matching or outreach occurs.
A trial is a short assessment period with no registration or contractual commitment. A loan is a temporary, registered movement under a written agreement while the player remains linked to their parent club.
No. Financial values, contract clauses and private club communications are never published and are only shared with parties who hold documented authority to see them.
Identity, authority, sporting fit and documentation are confirmed first. OTSI coordinates the process across the relevant regions but does not act as legal representation or guarantee any outcome.
The player always makes the final decision on their own movement. OTSI facilitates and documents the process but does not negotiate on the player's behalf in public.
