No. Submission does not guarantee observation, evaluation, representation, selection, trial, contract or club introduction — it starts the identity/authority and consent review.
No. Scouting reports are internal, structured evaluations available only to authorised roles and organisations who submit a request through Scouting Reports.
A club submits its brief through Club Requirement Matching above. OTSI assesses player evidence, sporting relevance and availability/consent before any authorised introduction is made.
Yes. Legitimate scouts/intermediaries may enquire via the Scout / Intermediary Intake form above. Access is by verification and role-appropriate scope.
Scout identities, assessments, raw footage, club briefs, and shortlists/introductions remain protected. Only limited, approved information is ever shown publicly — see "Public vs Protected Scouting Data" above.
