What's Covered
We manage the full visa and work authorization process around a player's move, so the transfer isn't held up by paperwork.
Player visa authorization
Labour market authorization for the destination country, handled in line with that country's football and immigration requirements.
Visa application preparation
Document review, form completion, and submission support.
Federation clearance coordination
Aligning visa timing with ITC (International Transfer Certificate) issuance and league registration windows.
Embassy/consulate appointment coordination
Booking, preparing, and where possible accompanying players to required appointments.
Family/dependent visa support
Spouse and children's visas, where the move includes family relocation.
Relocation logistics
Housing leads, local registration, and bank account setup in the destination country.
Note: Where we do not provide a service end-to-end, we coordinate with trusted partners and specialists to ensure a smooth process.
How It Works
We review the player's passport, existing permits, and contract terms to confirm what's required for the destination country.
Required forms and supporting documents are prepared and submitted to the relevant authority.
We track the application through the federation and embassy/consulate process, keeping the player and club updated.
Once approved, we confirm travel authorization and coordinate arrival timing with the club.
Local permits, tax registration, and any other authorities-facing steps are completed once the player is in-country.
Country-Specific Notes
