OTSI Football Management Agency has highlighted Hamar Abubakar Mustapha as one of the most exciting young attacking talents currently within its network. The 17-year-old right winger — born 2 November 2008 in Zaria — is currently developing at CK Gefane FC in Kaduna, where his rapid progression has attracted growing attention from OTSI’s international scouting contacts.
Hamar is described by OTSI evaluators as a fast, right-footed winger with explosive acceleration, elite dribbling in tight spaces, and an ability to both create and finish in the final third. His physical profile and natural instincts mark him as a player with significant development upside over the coming two to three years. Nigerian passport B03238065, valid until March 2029, is already in order.
“At 17 with the profile Hamar has, the trajectory is clear,” said OTSI. “Our job now is to place him in the right environment, at the right pace, to maximise his potential rather than rush him. CK Gefane is doing important work with him and we are monitoring his progress closely.”
OTSI has presented Hamar to partner clubs in its European network and expects to formalise a first international pathway for him before the end of 2026.
