Yes. A parent or guardian of a minor may submit an enquiry, and guardian ID plus proof of relationship is required as authority evidence.
Yes. A club official with official role and organisation authorisation may open an enquiry for club recruitment mandates.
A licensed intermediary must provide an official licence or authority as evidence before an enquiry is reviewed.
