Only authorised OTSI agency staff – Agency Administrators, Representatives/Agents, Scouting & Recruitment, Operations/Compliance and Leadership users – each with role-based, need-to-know access as set out above.
How do I request access?
Use the ‘Request authorised access’ option on this page. An authorised administrator verifies your identity and agency role before access is granted.
What if my role or team changes?
Access is reviewed and updated whenever your role or team changes, following the same identity and role verification process used when access is first granted.
Is player data visible to everyone?
No. Player data is only visible to authorised users based on their role, under consent-aware, least-privilege access controls.
How is activity audited?
Every action taken in the Dashboard is recorded and traceable through OTSI's audit history – see Security & Governance above.
What should I do if I cannot sign in?
Use ‘Forgot password?’ on the sign-in form above, or contact our portal support team (Mon–Fri, 9:00am–6:00pm WAT).
