OTSI Football Management Agency is accepting applications for its Player Development Programme for the 2026/27 season. This programme is designed for players aged 16–23 who have the technical ability, physical profile, and mentality to succeed at professional level but have not yet secured a professional contract.
What the programme provides:
- OTSI representation by a FIFA-licensed agent
- Player profile creation and management on the OTSI PMS platform
- Submission to OTSI’s network of European partner clubs (including Grobiņas SC, FC Yertsakhu, FC Milsami Orhei, and others)
- Structured development feedback and scouting reports
- Support for passport documentation, medical clearance, and cross-federation registration
- Welfare and integration support for international placements
Notable 2026 placements from the programme include: Akachukwu Chinazom Godwin (FC Yertsakhu, on loan), Ishiak Habeeb Bio (FC Dynamo Sukhum), Sugh Daniel (FC Yertsakhu), and Onu Chinedu Destiny (Abkhazia development pathway).
To apply, players must submit a completed profile via the OTSI PMS platform, including at least 10 minutes of unedited match footage, current club details, and a valid passport. Shortlisted applicants will be contacted within three weeks of submission.
